We create a customized chatbot and password-protected site, and invite your team members to a) have an individual chatbot conversation, b) attend a 90-minute virtual session, and c) have at least one follow-up chatbot conversation. These brief training and practice sessions yield an average 10% increase in skills!

Participants log in to your private site and have a 5-10 minute conversation with a chatbot we help you customize. Our algorithm scores this conversation, and immediately provides a report showing them how they did.

All participant scores are aggregated and anonymized, then group trends and insights are discussed live. Skill gaps are addressed with brief interactive exercises.

Participants return to the chatbot site to have one more brief conversation. Algorithms once again provide scoring and reports, and pre/post data trends can be sent to the group and to leadership.

Algorithm scoring of existing conversations
For teams looking to assess existing conversation logs, or provide their own transcripts for evaluation, our algorithm can score, aggregate, and produce group-wide insights. While data is securely stored and deleted afterwards, we request that all conversations are either fictionalized or de-identified prior to you submitting them.
